Had to share this with you. This is what two ambitious, (or crazy), women, can do with two long days, 150 lbs of tomatoes, 150+ lbs of peaches, and one canner!! We still have another 100 lbs of tomatoes to do on Tuesday. It was a lot of work but so worth the effort. Besides having something to fill our pantry, it was a wonderful time to spend with my daughter, Dori.
Special thanks to my brother too, for letting us use his kitchen and eat his food.
